We want you to be happy with our service, and that means we want your gift recipients (friends, family, colleagues, etc.) to be happy with what we send them on your behalf.

We will always do our best to select appropriate items based on the information you provide in our sign-up questionnaire, and the amount you choose to spend; and we will do our best to ensure items arrive in a timely fashion.

YOU are our customer. If YOU are not completely satisfied with our service or any gift we ship on your behalf, you may request a replacement item to be sent.

IF at any time you wish to cancel our service, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the number of occasions paid for, and the number of occasions remaining unfulfilled at the time of cancellation.

UNDERSTAND that your payment for our gifting service covers the cost of unspecified merchandise, as well as the cost of our shopping for, selecting, wrapping, and mailing that merchandise on your behalf to the recipients you designate.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Above is the full extent of our warranty. A full refund of your money paid to Gifting Genie, Inc. is our maximum liability to you under any circumstances. We make NO warranty as to, and are NOT liable for, any damages to anyone (whether emotional, physical, monetary, or otherwise) resulting from any product or service shipped or performed by Gifting Genie, Inc., nor resulting from any lack of product or service shipped or performed.

Your submission of payment to Gifting Genie, Inc. constitutes your agreement to these terms.
